Creators Agreement

1. Introduction & Core Mission

Welcome to Creators Agency. This Master Creators Agreement ("Agreement") serves as the foundation of our partnership. Our core mission is to act as a bridge between visionary creators and global brands. We handle the operations, backend friction, and premium deal sourcing, giving you the complete freedom to focus on what you do best: creating exceptional content.

2. Exclusive Representation & Sponsorships

By entering into this agreement, you appoint Creators Agency as your primary representative for securing brand sponsorships, long-term ambassadorships, and commercial deals.

  • Agency-Sourced Deals: For all brand sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial deals sourced, negotiated, and finalized by Creators Agency, the agency shall retain a standard commission of 20% from the total gross revenue of the deal.
  • External / Creator-Sourced Deals: To maintain a unified and professional representation front, if the Creator independently sources or accepts an external sponsorship from a brand, Creators Agency will still manage the contracting, legal review, and relationship. For such external deals, Creators Agency will charge a 20% commission to ensure full service and protection.

3. Expectations & Deliverables

Creators Agency is committed to driving real-world business results and authentic engagement, moving beyond superficial metrics.

  • Content Quality: The Creator agrees to maintain the high standard of content quality that their audience and brand partners expect.
  • Timelines: The Creator must strictly adhere to the posting schedules, draft deadlines, and review periods established in each specific Brand Deal Addendum.
  • Authenticity: All branded content must remain authentic to the Creator's voice while fulfilling the brand's core messaging requirements.

4. Payment Terms & Distributions

All payments from brands will be collected centrally by Creators Agency to ensure timely processing and legal compliance.

  • Upon receipt of payment from the brand, Creators Agency will deduct the agreed-upon 20% commission and remit the remaining 80% to the Creator's designated bank account.
  • Payouts to the Creator will be processed within 7-14 business days of the agency receiving cleared funds from the brand.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Agreement, the financial details of any brand deals, and any proprietary strategies, tools, or data shared between Creators Agency and the Creator. This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.

6. Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) & Marketing

To effectively secure brand deals and showcase our roster, the Creator grants Creators Agency the worldwide, royalty-free right to use their name, professional alias, profile pictures, photographs, logos, and snippets of their public content across our social media platforms, website, pitch decks, and marketing materials.

  • Promotional Use: We may feature your successes, case studies, and brand deal executions on our official channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, etc.) to attract more business opportunities for you.
  • Portfolio Representation: Your profile will be listed in our talent roster presented to top-tier brands and advertising agencies.
  • Approval: While we reserve the right to use publicly available assets, any highly sensitive or exclusive behind-the-scenes content will require your prior approval before publication on our channels.

7. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of digital acceptance and continue for an initial term of one (1) year. It will automatically renew unless either party provides a written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. Creators Agency reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately in the event of a material breach or if the Creator engages in conduct detrimental to the agency's reputation.
